- Product Overview
The panser is a kind of lightweight and portable instrument that is independently developed to "see" the sound with the eyes, which separates the sound of different positions with precise imaging technology, analyzes the noise sources of machinery and equipment in harsh environments such as multi-interference sound sources and enclosed spaces, and then finds ways to control noise and control, and diagnoses noise faults on equipment. The shape and color of the pangram indicate the position and intensity of the sound, and the focus extraction method can be used to obtain the sound with a high signal-to-noise ratio. The main hardware of the pansan is a microphone array and a signal detection processor, and the acoustic wave signal detected by each array element on the array contains the spatial information of the sound source. The main software of the acoustic pan meter calculates the spatial information and intensity information of the sound source through imaging.
- Product features
Continuous Imaging Monitoring, Acoustic Image Recording, Online/Offline Analysis, Fixed-point Analysis and Monitoring, Anomaly Acoustic Monitoring.
- Working mode
Stand-alone mode (local computing display), upper computer mode (computer calculation display), networking mode (multiple synchronous monitoring).
- Product Applications
Measure the distribution of sound in noise environment monitoring, equipment noise control, and indoor acoustic measurement; Detection of vibration and noise in the laboratories of colleges and universities, including mechanical, electronic, chemical, laser, radio, etc.; In the construction machinery, excavators, bulldozers, cranes, gantry cranes and other machinery manufacturing industries, machine tool manufacturing enterprises, in aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, airport supervision, with the sound grapher to locate the position of the sound source for key maintenance, in order to reduce vibration. Used in the power industry to discover the main noise distribution. Locomotive noise analysis in computer manufacturing, telecommunications industry, high-speed trains, equipment noise detection in the shipbuilding industry, vibration loading experiments in the field of satellites and spacecraft, and musical instrument manufacturing industry for measuring the sound mechanism and vibration state of violins, erhu, banhu, pipa, etc.
- Connection diagrams
Microphone array, array signal acquisition and analysis unit, and array signal analysis software; The signal lines of each element on the microphone array are all concentrated in one adapter, and the adapter only needs to be plugged into the signal processing and acquisition instrument during installation; The panometer is connected to the computer via a USB cable; Battery-powered.
- Precautions
Ensure that there is a wind shield on each array; Before use, gently rotate the sponge windshield clockwise one by one to prevent the array element sensor from loosening; collision prevention microphones and preamplifiers; The signal line cannot be pulled; Non-standard power supplies cannot be used, and no power failure impact is required.
- Preservation requirements
The panograph is placed in the packing box as a whole in a standard way, covered and fastened, and placed in a cool and dry place to prevent pressure, strong shock, and waterproof soaking.
- Requirements for use
Low noise environment, fireproof, anti-corrosion, anti-high temperature and anti-man-made damage.
