1. Product Overview
DNBelab-D4 digital sample preparation system adopts fully enclosed digital microfluidic technology, integrates multiple functional modules in one instrument, and can complete all library preparation steps in a fully automatic closed manner on a sample preparation card, realize the whole process of closed preparation from nucleic acid to library preparation products (double-stranded DNA library or DNB), and give the concentration of library products at the same time, which can realize whole genome sequencing, metagenome sequencing, targeted sequencing, library conversion and other library construction processes.
2. Product introduction
  • Miniaturization The  main machine occupies an area of about 0.1 square meters and weighs < 15 kg, which can be flexibly moved and easy to deploy.
  • Fully automatic Digital  microfluidic technology is used to accurately control microliter droplets, integrate all functional modules required for library construction, realize fully automatic preparation from nucleic acid to DNB and integrate quantitative functions on a sample preparation card.
  • Fully enclosed Using the unique technology of sealing liquid to encapsulate the droplets, the droplets are always completely isolated from the outside air during the whole process of library construction, which is equivalent to "no lid" in the whole process, so as to completely avoid the generation of aerosols and achieve "zero" pollution construction.
  • Quick library construction saves the switching time and manual transfer time of different equipment by integrating multiple functional modules, realizes the seamless connection between each library construction step, and makes the automatic database construction one step faster.
