HPD-4200 Cable High Frequency Partial Discharge Diagnostic Instrument
1. System Introduction
HPD-4200 is a high-end expert detection system independently developed by our company for power cables, which integrates high-frequency partial discharge detection, anti-interference and diagnosis. It has high sensitivity, wide frequency domain, high accuracy and excellent anti-interference performance. The product is positioned for sparse discharge signal detection and fast fault phasing of three-phase split cables in complex interference environments on site.

2. Anti-interference and fault phasing technology
HPD-4200 integrates our company's independent intellectual property rights of system interference suppression strategy and fault phasing technology. Embedded real-time frequency domain filtering technology is used to deal with narrowband or white noise interference; multi-source clustering separation technology is used to deal with stubborn pulse interference; multi-channel polarity analysis and amplitude distribution comparison technology is used to deal with crosstalk and fault phasing between phases.

3. Accurate identification of discharge defect types
Taking into full consideration typical internal defect modes of power cables, a rich expert sample library was built by combining laboratory and field data. A variety of pattern recognition methods were used for hierarchical identification and comprehensive diagnosis to continuously optimize the recognition accuracy of discharge types.
