This product is a high-performance 3U CPCI blade computer based on Intel's sixth-generation i7 quad-core eight-thread processor. The product adopts a modular design of two-layer board stacking, supports a variety of panel interface configurations, has strong flexibility and interface scalability, and can greatly meet the flexible application needs of users.
The product adopts the standard structure of 3U 8HP CompactPCI, which has strong reliability and maintainability, and is perfectly integrated with the harsh environment characteristics of special computers such as vibration resistance, shock resistance, and resistance to rapid changes in wide temperature environments. The product pays special attention to the signal integrity design of high-speed serial buses such as DDR4, PCIe, USB, GbE and SATA, as well as the power reliability design in a wide temperature environment. Intel CM236 The chipset.
The processor adopts 14nm technology process, four-core and eight-thread processing mechanism, and integrates memory controller. The sixth-generation processor integrates Intel HD Graphics 530 graphics controller, and the seventh-generation processor integrates Intel HD Graphics 630 graphics control.

2.4 Environmental Performance Indicators
2.4.1 Operating temperature
The operating temperature is divided into two grades: -20~+60°C (industrial grade/standard configuration) and -40~+70°C (wide temperature grade). When using the CPU at high temperatures, you need to do a good job of cooling the heat of the board to ensure that the maximum junction temperature of the CPU does not exceed 100°C.
-40~+70°C (wide temperature level) requires a whole plate test for screening. The product can work normally within the temperature range of the above two grades and meet the functional indicators of Article 2.1.
2.4.2 Storage temperature
The storage temperature is -55~+85°C, and the product will not cause function and shape after storage in this temperature range
